Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
I currently ship to selected regions and countries in the EU, but I do NOT ship to UK, Switzerland & Norway. Availability for your location will be confirmed during the checkout process.
For all orders shipped outside Spain, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Standard Shipping is a low-priority, extended transit service which may take approximately 7–10 business days or more.
By selecting Standard Shipping, the customer accepts full responsibility for:
- Extended transit times
- Carrier delays
- Environmental stress on live plants during transport
- Any deterioration in plant condition related to prolonged shipping duration
Due to the nature of live plant shipments, we strongly recommend choosing an express shipping method whenever available.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for plants arriving in poor condition or as “Dead on Arrival (DOA)” when Standard Shipping has been selected for international orders outside Spain.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases, as the shipping method chosen does not meet the required conditions for safe transport of live plants.
2. Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipments are dispatched Monday and Tuesday to reduce the risk of weekend transit delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are generally shipped via UPS (EU shipping), DPD (EU shipping), Correos (for Spain only). During colder months, winter protection and heat packs are included when necessary.
To ensure the safest and fastest delivery, we reserve the right to select an alternative carrier if required.
4. Shipping Fees
Spain has a standard flat shipping rate, while other European Union countries are subject to a separate standard fixed rate. The applicable shipping fee for your location will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the destination country. While I strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond my control (e.g., courier disruptions, weather conditions, etc).
6. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. Upon arrival, inspect the shipment carefully and verify the condition of the plants immediately. If a plant arrives severely damaged or DOA (Dead On Arrival), please contact me within 24 hours and provide:
An unboxing video showing the condition immediately after opening
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost or arrives with significant damage, contact us promptly so we can investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate solution.
8. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns and exchanges are not possible unless a verified error has occurred on our part.
