Where do you ship?

I currently ship to selected regions and countries in the EU, but I do NOT ship to UK, Switzerland & Norway.

Beneficial Insects

To maintain plant health and reduce the need for chemical treatments, I use beneficial insects as part of our integrated pest management approach.

These natural predators help control common plant pests such as fungus gnats, thrips or mites. Because they are living organisms used in a biological control system, it is possible that a small number of these beneficial insects may still be present when plants are shipped.

These insects are harmless to humans, pets and plants, and they naturally disappear once their food source is gone.

Using beneficial insects allows us to grow healthier plants while avoiding unnecessary pesticide use.

Will plants grown from corms, stem cuttings or rhizomes show variegation?

Variegation is a genetic trait, but its expression can vary.

Corms, stem cuts and rhizomes taken from a variegated mother plant carry the genetic potential to produce variegated growth. However, the intensity, pattern and stability of variegation cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Some plants may develop strong sectoral variegation from the first leaf, while others may show more subtle marbling or require time and stable growing conditions for full expression. Environmental factors such as light, temperature and overall plant health also influence how variegation appears.

Because variegation is a natural and often unpredictable phenomenon, each plant will develop uniquely. This individuality is part of what makes rare variegated Alocasias so special and sought after.

Sustainability

Whenever possible, I reuse high-quality shipping boxes and packaging materials to reduce waste.
Reusing materials does not reduce the level of protection — it reduces environmental impact.
Growing responsibly and shipping consciously are part of our philosophy.

How are the plants packaged?

Each plant is individually secured and cushioned to minimize movement inside the box.
Leaves are gently protected, the root zone is stabilized, and the plant is fixed inside the packaging to avoid shifting.
In colder months, insulated winter packaging and heat packs are included when necessary.
Every parcel is prepared with professional care to reduce stress during transit.

When are plants shipped?

Orders are shipped from Monday to Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.

Additional shipping days may be possible depending on destination and weather conditions.

If you have special timing requirements, please contact me before placing your order

Can I return a plant?

Plants are perishable goods and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact me.

What happens in case of transport damage?

All plants are packed with extreme care. Minor cosmetic imperfections caused by transport (such as slight leaf creasing) may occur and do not affect plant health.
If a plant arrives severely damaged or DOA (Dead On Arrival), please contact me within 48 hours and provide:

Clear photos
An unboxing video showing the condition immediately after opening

To ensure plant safety, please avoid delivery to lockers and collect your package promptly. Live plants should not be exposed to extreme temperatures.
